Tymily has no accounts, sign-up forms, contact forms or analytics. The site itself does not keep a record of who you are or which guides you read.

Like any website, Tymily runs on servers operated by a hosting provider. When your browser asks for a page, the hosting provider and its server logs process standard request data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to deliver pages, keep the site secure and fix errors.

If you switch between light and dark, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so it stays the same when you come back. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.

Pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google's servers.

Tymily plans to be funded by advertising. No advertising is shown on the site yet. When ads are turned on, ad partners such as Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads and measure how they perform. This page will be updated before that happens.

Ad partners offer their own controls. For Google, you can turn off personalized ads in Google's Ad Settings. Other partners provide similar settings on their own websites, and your browser can also block or delete cookies.

Guides link to the publishers behind their figures. Opening a source link takes you to another website with its own privacy practices; this page describes Tymily, not those sites.
